My extensive leadership experience spans more than 24 years with both the military and the private sector. I am the Founder and CEO of Frontline Medical Solutions, Frontline Medical Staffing, Mobile Bright Smiles, and Compass Leadership Group as well as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Florida Power & Light. I have an unwavering dedication to the service of my country and served in Iraq with the 502nd Dental Company of the US Army for 13 months during the Operation Iraqi Freedom. During my stint with the US military, I have further enhanced my leadership and organizational skills and was given multiple military decorations such as The Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters; Gold Recruiter Badge with 3 Sapphire Stars; and the Coveted Recruiter Ring.
